MRD Workshop

The MRD workshop was held in Egypt on April 6th, 2016. Several points were highlighted and discussed on:

1. Current clinical assays for MRD (flow, RT-PCR, PCR, deep sequencing)
2. Overview of novel technologies in MRD evaluation
3. Unusual and problematic MRD cases from St. Jude
4. MRD approach and problematic cases from different centers: KHCC (Jordan), CCHE (Egypt), AUBMC (Lebanon), and TATA (India).
